So I have been considering switching from flex to core.  Flex has been easy to stick to but I haven's been seeing the results I want.  Some real life friends on weight watchers have said that they have lost a lot more weight on core than flex.  I am just worried if I will be able to handle the restriction?  For those who have done both which one do you like better?  Did you see faster results on one of the plans?  Was flex a lot easier to stick to?

I've done both, and I prefer core. I have 2 little children and my own business, so not spending the time counting has been precious. I still have 35 points to spend on things like bread, butter, chocolate and sugar for my tea. I feel AMAZING. Eating whole fresh foods has done wonders for my clinical depression. We put a lot less garbage out each week with little pre-packaged foods. I'm core all the way!!

Core is much easier to stick to than Flex I think...I lost 25 lbs. on Core in the same time I spent on Flex (and I only lost 15 lbs. on Flex.)

You just need to prepare more ahead of time, since you'll need to be making meals that aren't out of the freezer/into the microwave. Have salads/tuna/brown rice sushi/lean meat/fat free cheese/etc. for lunch/dinner, and maybe some oatmeal in the morning with fresh fruit or fat free yogurt. You'll find that you're satisfied all the time on Core, its so much better than Flex!

Flex stopped working for me, I would be hungry all the time and didn't lose weight.
Core is wonderful, I am not hungry and the weight comes off. I can't believe it every week when I get on the scale!

You do need to plan ahead more and cook more on Core, but it's such a healthy way of eating, I love it.

Core was easier for me to stick to, as I hated measuring. I would usually do Core for 4 weeks or so, then a week of Flex so I could get all my junk food cravings out :-)

With either program, I always lost weight if I followed it. I would notice that my Core losses were sporadic (like, 1 pound one week, three pounds the next), and Flex usually was about a pound for that week. By the end of the Flex week, I was craving unlimited chicken :-)
