So I have been considering switching from flex to core. Flex has been easy to stick to but I haven's been seeing the results I want. Some real life friends on weight watchers have said that they have lost a lot more weight on core than flex. I am just worried if I will be able to handle the restriction? For those who have done both which one do you like better? Did you see faster results on one of the plans? Was flex a lot easier to stick to?
